Registration
The registration deadline is 17 August 2025 at 11:59 PM BST. There are four possible registration categories:
Registration Fee (Option 1 - full-time): £180
Option 1 includes accommodation (including all linens and a towel), meals, shuttle (if needed), registration costs, and a training handbook for the entire duration of the training.
Registration Fee (Option 2 - 3 nights): £150
Option 2 includes accommodation (including all linens and a towel), meals, shuttle (if needed), registration costs, and a training handbook for any 3 nights of the training.
Registration Fee (Option 3 - 2 nights): £110
Option 3 includes accommodation (including all linens and a towel), meals, shuttle (if needed), registration costs, and a training handbook for any 2 nights of the training.
Registration Fee (Option 4 - 1 night): £60
Option 4 includes accommodation (including all linens and a towel), meals, shuttle (if needed), registration costs, and a training handbook for any 1 night of the training.
Refund policy: There will be no refunds given after the registration deadline. If this raises concerns for you due to a special situation that you have, please contact us at events@unistudents.eu.
Under 18s: If you are under 18 and attending this training, you will need to download, fill out the parental consent form on the homepage of this website (or on your Attendee Hub, which will be available to you once you register), and then send the completed and signed form back to us at events@unistudents.eu.

What to bring to the training
What to Bring
- Clothing appropriate for the meetings of the training
- Recreational clothes and footwear you can get dirty as the weather is hard to predict
- Toiletries
- Earplugs (sometimes people don't know they snore)
- An umbrella (depending on the weather)
- A physical Bible
- A physical Hymnal
- Pen/pencil or some means of taking notes
How to get to Woodland Camp
This year the training will be in Woodland Camp located in Romford, UK.
The address of the venue is: Woodland Camp, Manor Rd, Lambourne End, Romford RM4 1NB
Hainault Station is one of the nearest London Underground stations to Woodland Camp, and shuttles will be available from there to the camp. Whether you're coming from the Greater London area or arriving by train, other public transport, or flying into London, Hainault Station is easily accessible. If you plan to drive, we recommend heading directly to Woodland Camp. Alternatively, you can take an Uber or taxi from Hainault Station to Woodland Camp, which will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Shuttle information:
There will be a shuttle provided from Hainault Station to Woodland Camp on Saturday (6 September 2025) between 15:00 and 19:00. If you are arriving outside of those times, please make your own arrangements to get to Woodland Camp using public transportation or Uber / taxi services. If you have any questions or are struggling to figure out how to get to the venue, please email us at events@unistudents.eu.
Shuttles will also be provided from Woodland Camp to Hainault Station on Wednesday (10 September 2025) between 12:30 and 14:30. If you need to depart earlier on Wednesday, please email us at events@unistudents.eu and we will let you know whether we can assist or if you will need to make your own travel arrangements.
